今日由返工諗到放工都諗唔到煮咩食... 就喺臨放工前一刻, 突然想食牛肉丼...
見好似好簡單咁, 就試下自己煮啦~
加隻窩蛋, 正!!

哈米波波唔食生蛋, 於是我就煎隻心形蛋俾佢喇!

日式燒汁牛肉丼
材料:
珍珠米
雪花肥牛
金菇
蛋
洋葱
Teriyaki汁
糖
做法:
1. 洗米煮飯
2. 加少許油落鑊, 爆香洋葱至軟身
3. 加入肥牛, 炒至七成熟, 然後落金菇
4. 倒入Teriyaki汁及少許糖至肥牛全熟
5. 裝飯, 鋪好餸, 加埋隻窩蛋~ 食得!
食後感: 呢個牛肉丼真係超級簡單, 快捷, 好味!! 加隻蛋就更加美味!!

我都買過 D 牛肉汁整,但係我發現,吉野家的真係好食 D,自己買牛肉又買汁又煮飯係貴過吉野家太多喇~~~ 差唔多成 7﹣80 蚊一個飯,所以最後放棄左,haha~~

Wow.. I like this too !!!! However as Jennifer said, it's not as easy to get the thin cut beef in London (the British like steak!)... we need to get it specially from the Korean or Japanese supermarkets and it's so much more expensive than those in HK .... sigh..... we only get the thin cut if we do hot pot at home...
